BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jim Prosser is the Founder of NEXSYS-ONE with over 30 years of experience in the Telecoms industry commencing his first business in 1996 with COM.I.TECH LTD to serve the Telecom’s industry with network deployment and managed services.

In 2001 Prosser became a share holder and Senior Vice President of Lemcon networks, a global Finland based company supporting over 40 countries with Telecom services.

In 2015 when Lemcon was sold, Prosser who created an inhouse software platform called LNT to support Lemcon’s global Telecoms businesses, purchased the software from Lemcon Networks and founded the company NEXSYS-ONE.

David Gater is a senior executive at NEXSYS-ONE and has been instrumental towards the growth & operational efficiency of the company. David has over 25 years of experience in the Telecoms industry and was previously the regional Vice President of Lemcon Networks North America. Since 1998, David has had a successful career in network deployments, managed services, sales engagement strategies, business development, delivering growth plans and improvement initiatives, resulting in significant Capex and Opex savings for customers.

David joined NEXSYS-ONE in 2016 as the Global Head of Business development who pioneered the company’s sales growth within the market. Today David is the Vice President of NEXSYS-ONE responsible for the companies end to end operational management. 

Dr. Christiane Schloderer is a Board Member and CCO / CFO in NEXSYS-ONE. She contributes to the company’s growth with financial, strategic and governance experience.

She is a Chairwomen of the Board of Trustees of the German International School Abu Dhabi. Christiane has founded Growth Partners, a consulting company, with projects in Telecom, SaaS, F&B, cleantech, trading, e-commerce, manufacturing. She was a Board Member in a Saudi family business. Prior, she was CFO at Nokia Al Saudia. During her tenure the company grew from 500 to 1000 employees. She held further positions as turnaround manager and senior advisor, structured finance in Nokia Siemens Networks. She holds a doctoral degree from the University of Federal Armed Forces in Germany and a Master’s Degree in business administration.

Juha Nurmi, is a seasoned international leader with over 40 years’ of experience in creating and managing global businesses. Juha has successfully applied his knowledge, experience and innovation as a Board Member to several international growth companies. During 1986 to 2007 under Lemminkainen, Juha formed the global Telecoms system integrator company Lemcon Networks to build and operate mobile networks across 40 countries. Juha then continued his career as the Managing Director of Lemminkainen Talo and then after at Fennovoima as the Chief Executive Officer. Juha is a Board Member of NEXSYS-ONE supporting the growth and governance of the company with his extensive international business experience.

Fari Akhlaghi is an experienced corporate leader, facilitator and problem solver. He is an accomplished public speaker on development and other areas of interest to him.  With over 35 years of experience, Akhlaghi has held Senior Executive and Directorship positions in multi-national corporations such as AECOM (USA/UAE), Black & Veatch (USA/Africa), and DEGW (UK/Europe). He has also advised governments and global businesses such as Norton Rose Fulbright (UK), GEK TERNA (Greece), and AMMANN (Switzerland) with a focus on identifying and implementing key strategic developments and investments. Today, Fari leads in an international investment holding structure and helps grow value in a portfolio of primarily technology companies.   

Siamak Sarbaz has always gravitated towards people, companies and ideas that aim to bring about positive change to society. He frequently invests in ideas/startups he believes will make a difference. He started his career in Software Labs of British Telecom R&D Laboratories in the UK. He is one of the pioneers of Mobile Technology and had taken up key positions as National Design Authority, in mobile ventures such as Microtel (Hutchison- Microtel, Orange, and now EE) as well as international consultancy positions in Nortel-Matra Cellular where he served as Chief Engineer of some of the largest Mobile Deployments in the world. He has worked closely with the top executives of blue-chip companies and has also put together a number of notable global technology partnerships with global leaders such as Nokia, Ericsson, HP, Amdocs and Oracle, to name a few.
