Jim Prosser
Founder and CEO / Chairman of the Board
Jim Prosser commenced his first business in 1996 to serve the Telecom’s industry. Later he became a shareholder and Senior VP of Lemcon Networks. There, he created an inhouse software platform: today's NEXSYS-ONE.
David Gater
Vice President Americas and Board Member
David Gater has been instrumental towards the growth and operational efficiency of NEXSYS-ONE. David has over 25 years of experience in the Telecoms industry, among other as regional Vice President for Lemcon Networks.
Christiane Schloderer
CCO / CFO and Board Member
Dr. Christiane Schloderer is a Board Member and CCO / CFO in NEXSYS-ONE. With 20+ years of experience in finance, strategy and governance, she contributes to the company’s growth. She is Chairwomen of the Board of the German International School Abu Dhabi and has previously served as CFO to Nokia Al Saudia.
Dave Mayo
Board Member
Dave Mayo is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of telecom industry experience. He has served in senior executive roles driving strategy, buildout and operations of three wireless carriers in the United States: DISH, T-Mobile and US West Cellular. Currently, he is an advisor and investor, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and growth in the technology sector.
Fari Akhlaghi
Board Member
Fari Akhlaghi brings over 35 years of executive experience with global firms like AECOM, Black & Veatch, and DEGW. He has also advised governments and leading businesses, including Norton Rose Fulbright, GEK TERNA, and AMMANN. Currently, he leads as Vice Chairman in an international investment holding and serves as Board Member.

Juha Nurmi, is a seasoned international leader with over 40 years of experience in creating and managing global businesses. Juha has successfully applied his knowledge and experience as a Board Member to several international growth companies.
Jaroslaw Zaczek
CTO
Jaroslaw Zaczek is the CTO at NEXSYS-ONE. He previously worked as a Regional TI Manager at Lemcon Networks, Implementation Coordinator at IT Polpager, and held roles at T-Mobile Croatia and Ericsson. He holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication.
Kimmo Haapamaki
VP EMEA
Kimmo Haapamaki is NEXSYS-ONE's VP EMEA. Kimmo has over 30 years of experience managing large-scale, challenging technology frontline contract deliveries in the Telecommunications and IT industries across geographies. He has extensive knowhow in Business and ICT system development, program delivery, and driving change and operational excellence.
Jasim Ahmed
COO
Jasim Ahmed is the COO at NEXSYS-ONE. He has over 16 years of experience in technical and engineering leadership, focusing on developing cutting-edge systems across various industries. Jasim has expertise in project management, product development, software engineering, data management, and DevOps. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
Niina Lehela
Head of HR
Niina Lehela is the Head of HR and Administration for NEXSYS-ONE. She has over 20 years of experience in HR management and competence development, previously working at Lemcon Networks across several continents. Niina holds a business degree from Stockholm University.
Hadiyanto Khang
CPO
Hadiyanto Khang is the CPO. He leads the development and roadmap activities for NEXSYS-ONE. Hadiyanto has extensive experience in software and operating systems, database programming, and networking. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems.

Americas Sales Director
Eddie Carlucci is the Americas Sales Director. He is also the President of Carlucci Consulting, LLC, providing operational and management consulting in telecommunications. Eddie has served as an Advisor at AIM Technical Consultants and Pensare’ Acquisition Corporation. He has a long-standing volunteer role with Cancer Hope Network.
David Majeske
VP - Global Fiber
David Majeske is Vice President of Global Fiber Software Solutions at NEXSYS-ONE. He brings decades of international experience in telecom technologies, fiber solutions, and renewable energy. David previously served as the Senior Director Operations and Strategy (USA) at Boldyn Networks. Prior, he held senior roles at G5 International, Ramboll, and Nokia, leading large-scale deployments across 70 countries.
Kai Helkio
APAC Sales Director
Kai Helkio is NEXSYS-ONE's APAC Sales Director. Kai has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and has been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions in the telecommunications industry. Kai has worked in India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Philippines.
Manu Zarka
Sales Director APAC I ME
Manu (Manuel) Zarka is the Sales Director for APAC and ME at NEXSYS-ONE. He specializes in SaaS solutions for the renewable energy and telecommunications sectors. Manu has extensive experience in business development, international sales, and digital transformation. He holds an MBA in International Business.
